Royal Julep
Ingredients
4 cl de whisky (bourbon, whiskey)
1 cuillère à café de sucre
5 feuilles de menthe
champagne
Instructions
Mettez les feuilles de menthe dans le verre à mélange, ajoutez quelques gouttes d'eau puis écrasez les feuilles sans les déchirer. Ajouter le whisky. Remplir ensuite la flûte à moitié de glace pilée et verser dessus le contenu du verre à mélange. Terminez en complétant avec le champagne.
