Vegetables Beer
Ingredients
2 petits navets nouveaux
2 petites carottes
1 petite betterave
1 jeune poireau
1/2 citrons
4 cl de whisky (bourbon, whiskey)
6 cl de bière
Instructions
Broyer dans un mixer les légumes ,le citron et la dose de bourbon ,puis filtrer. Ajouter la bière très fraîche et boire d'un trait.
Servir dans un verre de type "verre à dégustation" .
