French Coffee
Ingredients
3 cl de cognac
4 cl de café
crème chantilly
2 morceaux de sucre
Instructions
Faites réchauffer le verre, verser le Cognac et les deux Sucres au fond du verre, verser lentement le café noir très chaud dans le verre. Nappez la surface de crème chantilly sur le dos d'une cuillère. Si vous avez bien versé les ingrédients délicatement, vous devez apercevoir trois couches bien distinctes... Dégustez sans remuer, et si vous le voulez... avec une paille !
Servir dans un verre de type "tumbler à hot drinks" .
