Kiwi Cream
Ingredients
10 cl de lait
2 kiwis
3 cl de sirop de mangue
10 cl de crème fraîche
Instructions
Eplucher les kiwis, les mettre avec tous les ingrédients dans me mixer, ajouter 2 cuillères à soupe de glace pilée, mixer et servir dans le verre décoré de tranches de kiwis, de Cerises confites et d'un chalumeau.
Servir dans un verre de type "ballon" Aucune décoration .
