Ingredients
2 cl d' amaretto
3 cl de sirop de grenadine
4 cl de spiritueux anisé (pastis, ricard, pernod)
5 cl de jus d'oranges
Instructions
Mettre des glaçons dans le chapeau du shaker et dans les verres. Verser les ingrédients dans l'ordre.Egoutter les verres et le bas du shaker. Verser le liquide du chapeau dans le bas du shaker.Frapper, verser dans les verres à l'aide d'une passoire.
Servir dans un verre de type "tumbler" Quartier d'ananas, 2 demie rondelle d'orange et une demie fraise.
