Ingredients
1/2 litre d' alcool à 90°
400 grammes de sucre
0.38 litres d' eau
1 oranges
Instructions
Mettre l'alcool dans un bocal. Suspendre l'orange à 1/2 cm de l'alcool pedant 7 jours à l'abri de la lumière et de l'humidité. Après 7 jours retirer l'orange et préparer un sirop de sucre puis l'ajouter à l'alcool. Filtrer et mettre en bouteilles.
