Ingredients
2 cl de vermouth blanc (martini, cinzano)
4 cl de eau-de-vie de prune blanche
1 trait de spiritueux anisé (pastis, ricard, pernod)
2 traits de crème de menthe
Instructions
Dans le verre à mélange avec quelques glaçons verser la prune et le Noilly. Ajouter le Ricard et la crème de menthe.
Servir dans un verre de type "verre à cocktail" Mélanger à la cuiller et servir dans des verres à cocktail décorés d'olives.
