Quimperlé
Ingredients
2 cl de fernet branca
2 cl de liqueur de fraises
4 cl de cidre
1 blanc d' oeufs
Instructions
Dans le shaker à moitié empli de glaçons ,verser le Fernet-Branca ,la liqueur de fraise et le blanc d'oeuf. Agiter vivement durant 30 secondes. Verser alors le cidre et servir dans l'instant dans un bol ou une écorce d'artichaut.
Servir dans un verre de type "tasse" .
