Ingredients
1 oeufs
2 cl de rhum ambré
1 cuillère de cognac
1 cuillère à café de sucre
3 pincées de poivre
3 pincées de cannelle
2 pincées de noix de muscade râpée
Instructions
Séparer le blanc et le jaune de l'Oeuf. Mélanger dans une casserole à feux doux le jaune avec le rhum, le Sucre et les épices. Incorporer le blanc battu en neige et verser en ajoutant le cognac.
